We are able to provide a wide range of services for various eye conditions ranging from cataracts and colour vision screening to investigating and treating retinal conditions like retinal detachment and vein occlusions causing bleeding or haemorrhaging.

Investigation Department

Our Nidek Mirante Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope with Optical Coherence Tomography function features an ultra-wide field fundus camera where we are able to look at an expansive area of your retina as well as the layers of the retina at the micron level. This includes looking at the macula or centre part of the retina, as well as the optic nerve head where the retinal fibres exit the eye and into the base of the brain.

The Haag-Streit Eyestar 900 provides comprehensive biometry data (which is comparable and repeatable) essential for cataract removal surgery, and can also be used to check anterior-chamber angles, an important factor in closed-angle glaucoma. The smart automated system delivers top-notch patient comfort.

The Optopol PTS-2000, a top-of-the-line projection perimeter, completes our suite of glaucoma and visual field defect detection and management, featuring the modern ZETA-24 protocol that gives high sensitivity in detecting glaucomatous defects.

FFA / ICGA

Fundus Fluorescein Angiography and Indocyanine Green Angiography allows for a detailed look at the blood vasculature above the retina as well as deeper into the choroidal layers respectively.

Intravitreal Injection

Our in-clinic procedure room allows great convenience for patients who prefer to have their injections done without travelling to another location.

For anti-VEGF injections, we carry Eylea (aflibercept) and Vabysmo (faricimab). Read more about the procedure.

Incision & Drainage

Minor procedures such as the draining of a chalazion (eyelid bump caused by a meibomian gland blockage) can be done in clinic, providing ease and practicality for patients.

Colour Vision Testing

Ishihara colour vision testing may be done for work permits or passes, or as a company or workplace screening, to check for colour vision defects.

Colour vision testing can also be done on children.

Stereopsis Testing

Stereopsis testing, such as the use of Frisby Stereotest, aims to check for 3D vision or depth perception in binocular vision.

Stereopsis may be affected by amblyopia, better known as lazy eye.

Binocular Vision Testing

Binocular eye deviations, such as tropias (eye turn) and phorias (latent or hidden eye turn), can be detected through binocular vision assessments. These deviations may be caused by extraocular muscle imbalances or due to cranial nerve palsy.

Air-Puff Tonometry

Non-contact tonometry allows us to quickly screen for the intraocular pressure, also known as the eye pressure. A high eye pressure may be indicative of or increase the risk of glaucoma.

The gold standard, "Goldmann Applanation Tonometry" a contact method of measuring the eye pressure, can also be performed.
